Customer responsibilities
Customers should provide accurate product details, dimensions, quantities, destination, artwork or dieline status, intended use, sample needs, and timeline so the project can be reviewed correctly.
Before production release
Production release depends on reviewed files, sample approval when needed, quote confirmation, payment terms, packing requirements, destination details, and any requested documentation review.

Packaging questions should move through quote, sample, artwork upload, or contact paths so the right project context stays attached.
