3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Intellectual Property and Content

  • Your Content:You retain full ownership of any text, logos, images, or other brand assets you upload to the Service ('User Content'). You grant PackRapid a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.
  • AI-Generated Designs:You own the final, specific design that you create and finalize using the Service. You are free to use this design for your commercial purposes. However, you acknowledge that other users may use the Service to create similar designs, and PackRapid retains ownership of the underlying AI models and algorithms.

5. Orders, Payments, and Shipping

All orders placed through the Service are subject to acceptance. Prices are quoted in real-time and are subject to change. Payment must be made in full before a production order is initiated. Shipping and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to create any material that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing on third-party rights, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders for any content that violates these terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. We do not warrant that the results of using the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
